“Rules & Regulations to be adhered to prior, during & after the Session”

  1. You will be responsible for additional payment for extended time as per the rules of authority (Music Garage: 200tk for 30 min, 400tk for 1 hour) (RoadHouse: 100tk for 30 min, 200tk for 1 hour).
  2.  No partial payment will be allowed for the load shedding. Additional time might be given based on the availability of next slot.
  3.  Note that booking is not cancelable, full charge will be applicable if cancel. If cancel, need to pay the full amount through Bkash/ Nagad instantly.
  4.  You need to pay the full amount after end of your practice session (if not advance paid). No Bkash / Nagad Payment or Due will be acceptable.
  5. Please check drums before start your practice.
  6. If you find any issue with the instrument, please inform to our support staff.
  7. Number of Max allowed person: 7.
  8. No food and drinks inside the rehearsal space.
  9.  For the comfort of everyone, please refrain from smoking inside the rehearsal space.
  10.  All illegal drug substances and weapons of any kind that are harmful or disruptive are strictly prohibited in this premises.
  11.  Any kind of unsocial activities is strictly prohibited inside the rehearsal space as well as in this premises. The rehearsal space and whole premises is under the CCTV surveillance.
  12. No professional recording or making of music video is allowed without the prior approval of the competent authority.
  13. Please do not touch the mixing console. Call the designated person if you need to do something with the mixing console
  14. Every instrument must be handled with maximum care.
  15.  You have to compensate for any kind of damage of any part of “Drums” and any other instruments. Please check everything before jamming and let the authority to check everything before leaving.

Compensation Policy

  1.  Cymbal: If crack is less than or equal to ½ (half) cm (centimeter), you have to pay 50% of the purchasing price of the cymbal as compensation. If the crack is mor than ½ (half) cm, you will be responsible to compensate the full amount of the purchasing price. This rule is also applicable for the ride and hi-hats. If a resized one is broken by you, you have to pay 30% of the purchasing price.
  2.  For cracking of any other parts of the drums (Including skin), you have to pay 60% of the purchasing price as compensation
  3. Other than the above rules exclusively for the drums, you will be responsible for 100% compensation for damaging any of the instruments here.
  4.  If you are failed to compensate instantly, one or more of your (or your band member’s) instrument will be taken as security deposit. After paying the compensation, we will give it back to you.
